Arrived on time, professional.  Laid mats on the floor and carpets.  Excellent job, I have used Heritage in the past and I have never been disappointed.

This company was very professional from start to finish. The salesman, Eric, was prompt and followed through with my questions. The movers were on time, very pleasant and hard-working.

The experience was fast, friendly, and professional. This was the third time I used this company and would recommend them to anyone moving.

Our rep, Eric, helped us plan the move for the best pricing. Everything went down without a hitch. My daughter even got her things a little earlier than we thought she would. Perfect!!

The crew of 6 arrived on time and began working immediately. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They went above and beyond my expectations. Although we don't plan on moving again, I will definitely recommend them to others.

The moving crew arrived on time and worked extremely hard. The weather was viciously cold, but the crew never complained and they were pleasant and courteous. They moved all of our large items to a new home and completed the work quickly. The only issue that we experienced was that the moving company failed to provide the crew with the adequate material to cover the carpet in both homes. As a result, there was a significant amount of dirt left in the old home (not the fault of the crew!!). However, when brought to the attention of the company, they did refund us a portion of the cost to take care of cleaning expense.

They were good.

The people did a pretty good job. They are going to hold some of my things until my next move. I was unhappy with one employee who gave me an estimate because they ended up charging me a different price.

AAA Heritage was very prompt in coming for an estimate and we decided to go with the company since they gave us the lowest price offer and good reviews on Angie's list. They came on time for moving and it went smoothly. They were careful not to damage the condo we moved out of and the condo we moved into. After everything was moved, we found that one of our computer chairs was broken and I was missing pair of biking gloves. When we contacted them in regards to the two issues, they were very prompt in their response and quickly sent us a check as reparation for the missing/damaged items.

We were not quite so happy about the scheduling. Even though the estimator told us that they would be able to get the definite arrival date of our moved items 2 weeks before the move, he could never give us the exact date until 3 days before it arrived ( after they picked up the items). It was very annoying since we wanted to plan a cross-country driving trip and could not plan adequately not knowing when exactly the truck would arrive.

Make sure to ask them about the fuel price. The price changes month to month and so they raised the estimated moving cost ~$200 because of the rising cost. Fortunately, our moving weight was under their estimation and so in the end, we ended up with the total cost coming up lower than our original estimate.

They were early and with a good price. They were nice guys. I was pleased with them. I will call them again if I move.

Heritage was very pleasent every time I called for information. They came exactly on time. The two movers were pleasent, patient and through. They were supposed to bring bubble wrap for some glass shelves but it was not on there paperwork, but they wraped the shelves in covers and it went well. I would recomend them to anyone.

I was quoted an hourly price and was allocated 5 hours to perform the job, because of the distance. The move was completed within 4 hours and they even moved my piano...which I thought might require a piano mover. The men were courteous and professional, as usual, and I would definitely use this company again.

I thought that they were attentive and courteous. They charge by the hour, and did the work in less than four hours. They worked hard and did not dawdle. They did not break any thing or scratch any thing. I had other quotes and this experience will always bring me back to this company.

The heat was unbearable when they moved me, but they worked their rears off in the 100 degree heat! They were very polite, they did not rush me, and what was nice is they would give me time to make decisions of where things should go without hassling me.

There were two people loading and unloading my furniture for me. They did show up on time and did not damage anything. They used drop cloths between every piece of furniture. The size of the truck that they used allowed them to get everything in one trip.

The actual moving part of the service was fine; however, this company's communication was terrible. We arranged our (busy) schedule around the time they set up, only to be kept waiting for over 2 hours with no explanation. Previously we have used another moving company and were happy with their service, but we decided to use AAA Heritage because they are very close to our home and they did offer a price that was $20 cheaper. Good customer service would have been worth a little extra money in this case.

After making the appointment, the movers followed up a few days before and confirmed the arrangements. They arrived on time and moved my piano from the basement to the first floor and a large desk to the second floor. The men were polite, careful and efficient. Their price was the best of the 3 movers I contacted.

NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY. THE YOUNG MEN THAT CAME WERE NOT VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR THINGS. THEY JUST SEEMED ANXIOUS TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY DID NOT PUT BOXES WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GO AND LEFT AN ANTIQUE DRESSING TABLE UPSIDE DOWN.

THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS PROBABLY A LITTLE HIGH FOR WHAT I HAD TO MOVE, BUT IT WAS BETTER THAN ME MOVING EVERYTHING MYSELF. I AM SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID FOR ME.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS WRAPPED. THEY ALSO TOLD ME WERE EVERYTHING WAS AND MARKED ALL THE BOXES VERY WELL. WHEN WE UNWRAPPED OUR THINGS, NOTHING WAS BROKE.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD EVERYTHING PACKED. AFTER UNPACKING ALL OF THE BOXES I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING BROKEN. THEY TOOK EXTRA CARE IN THE MOVING PROCESS.

THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY PACKED ALL ITEMS THAT NEEDED PACKING VERY CAREFULLY. THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THE COST OF THE MOVE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.
