Hired for bi-weekly cleaning. The teams have done a wonderful job.

The cleaning team did a great job. The three member team showed up at my door exactly on time. They even sent a text message to me when they were on their way over. All three ladies were very polite and easy to talk to. They got straight to work and were done at the time that the estimated. The owner/manager that answers the phones was great. He answered the phone every time I called and was very friendly and helpful. He was able to schedule the cleaning for the next day. They don't provide carpet cleaning service, but they team with another company that does. He was able to get the carpet cleaning service on the phone with me right away and made sure everything was scheduled to my satisfaction. He even called the day after the cleaning was completed to see what I thought of it.

Jason was able to schedule me in on a busy weekend so that I was able to have my condo cleaned before moving in. The team was on time and the walls looked so much cleaner when they were done. They were very friendly and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!

Such a great experience working with A Clean House by Suzann! Their customer service is off the charts. Jason is friendly, thorough, and efficient. Follow-through and follow-up is big with me as I am also in a service industry type of job and this company hit it out of the park. Cristal and her team were fantastic in their deep cleaning (including tackling a basement riddled with spiderwebs and very LARGE spiders that I REFUSED to step into) without even batting an eye. I've already rebooked them to come clean before my family comes over for Thanksgiving. Definitely recommend this company if customer service is important to you in addition to a clean house.

They were an amazing team. Very quick and thorough. The stainless steel frig had streaks they fixed then everything was perfection. They are a bit pricey and really something I can't afford but I will definitely use them again. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!! I know that to use them on a regular basis will keep costs down. Now that the house is where it should be I won't need as many and for as long. They did everything in 2 hours and 45 minutes. I am over the moon happy. It's like a brand new house. Seriously!!! Call them you won't be sorry I know I'm not and I picked them from Angie's List.

It went very well. Three young ladies came over and cleaned everything very thoroughly. They worked very hard the whole time they were here and everything they touched was sparkling clean when they were done.

Staff is friendly and professional (and dose not smell like smoke which is a huge plus for us!). They do a very thorough job, even my mother was impressed! Would absolutely recommend them. Price is the same as the last company we used with way better quality.

The company was great with their communication.  Responded quickly to my message on Angie's list.  Gave me a reminder call the day before.  The crew showed up on time.  They were professional and quickly got everything cleaned.  Before they left, they had us do a walk through.  One area needed to be redone.  The staff apologized and quickly took care of it.  Everyone we dealt with was great!  Would highly recommend.

It's $50 a week. My experience with them is good. I am very happy with them. Basically I have been wanting the kitchen and bathroom cleaned so my minimum was a little bit lower. They have good quality and good price. My father used her a couple of months back when he moved into a new home. She cleaned it before he moved in.

I'm moving into a house that needed quite a bit of work. After spending three weeks dry walling, repainting, drilling, and repairing (on top of the disgusting layers of dirt and grime left behind by the previous tenet), the house needed some SERIOUS attention and professional deep clean. Well, Jason and his crew delivered.
Jason was very professional on the phone and he delivered on each and every one of his promises. The dust, the paint, the grime and grossness were all gone by the time time they left. The sink (which was a motley color of dried paint) looked almost brand new. The bathrooms (sinks, floors, showers, and toilets) are sparkling and the appliances look new. Seeing the house after it was cleaned was a pretty cool experience. It's been a lot of work getting this house into shape and A Clean House put a finishing touch on it that made it all worth it.
Because I had to work and couldn't be at the house during the cleaning I had my mother there and they treated her with the utmost respect, walking her through the entire process as they went. They have incredibly fair prices and their work is superb. Well worth the price.
These guys know what they are doing and it shows! More importantly, they have an understanding of the importance of what they do. It's not JUST about cleaning, but it's about taking care of someone's home. They get to that next level and treat the house like a home. Man, I have a lot of respect for that.

The company cleaned as promised. They were punctual and quick. Cleaned everything I expected and more. They will be cleaning my home on a bi-weekly basis from the work they did this time. Very Satisfied, my wife is picky.

There was a 4 person crew that showed up and pretended to clean the house. Overall, they did a horrible job. They did not wash the floors as evidenced by the sticky spot that remained on the floor after they left. They also did not vacuum the stairs. My daughters bedroom wasn't dusted. There was dog hair and dust under her desk that was never touched. The master bedroom had tons of dog hair that was left behind the door. Soap scum was never cleaned in the master bath sink. I don't know what I paid $120 for. Jason, the owner did call back when I texted him that the house was not clean. He did send the cleaners back, but they were not happy to be back and did not finish the job correctly. I let Jason know we would not be using them again and he did not even respond.

They were thorough and meticulous! The person I hired previously did more work but was not as careful as this company to make sure the job was well done. My house was a bit messier than usual, so I am hoping the next time they come it will be an easier clean and more stuff will be taken care of :) Already booked them again and would definitely recommend you do the same! This is a family company you definitely want to have around!

A Clean House by Suzann was hired to do monthly services at my grandmothers house and I must say I was impressed with service they provided. They come in and are very friendly and respectful of the things in the home. They hit every aspect of the house you could think of and some areas that never even come to mind. The bathroom looked amazing, everything in there was shining and looked like new. The kitchen was stunning I was amazed when I walked by and saw them cleaning they did not go around things on the counter, they made sure to move all objects on the counter and get any crumbs that were underneath. They even cleaned the inside of the microwave!!! I was shocked at all things they found to dust, they even dusted the tops of doors. When they vacuumed they made sure to vacuum all rugs as well. They emptied out trash cans and replaced them with fresh garbage bags. Needless to say I was thoroughly impressed with the work done. The price is reasonable for a monthly service and everything gets done in a speedy amount of time, only an hour and a half. I am glad we found A Clean House by Suzann. They have a wonderful crew that does quality work and I am very and pleased to recommend to the world.
