After they answered a few of my questions about the differences between the enviro mulch and the hardwood mulch, I opted for the slightly more expensive enviro mulch because it supposedly had a deeper richer color from the dye that is used on it. It cost a bit more, but I'm really glad that did. The quality of the much was very clean and of excellent quality. It had a much richer color to it than mulches I've purchased in the past.
One final thought on the friendly customer service I received when I called. It's a small thing, but one that I really appreciate when I call places to order something. Before hanging up with me, the person I spoke with recited a detailed summary of every last detail of my order -- the total price, my payment method, the product that I ordered, the quantity I ordered, and the deliver date. I know it's not a huge deal, but it leaves me feeling more confident that my order was placed properly and isn't just written down on a piece of scrap paper to be shuffled around.
Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the product I got and the service I received. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
