"Please enter what you would like the response to look like:I am the owner, since the project manager has not been with us for a few months, I can understand why texts have not been answered. If the office was called I would of been happy to resolve any issues and there would not be a need for this review My question is were you to supply said vents? Once clarified I will try to send a technician to rectify the situation. After reviewing the proposal, it was determined that said vents were not even in the proposal. Despite the fact that you did not contact our office directly I have directed my technician to install the said vents. I would certainly categorize this complaint unwarranted and unfair Jim Brown Roofrite Regards, Jim Brown [phone number removed]"

"I do not know what to say. When we did this job it was an older home of which the deck had 1 x 6 boards. Unfortunately when we installed the shingles our roofing nails hit some knots in the wood which caused a couple boards to split. At this point as the owner I met with the building inspector, removed shingles and replaced boards. I was complemented by city inspector on a great job and passed final inspection. I gave the homeowner my business card and requested he contacted me if he had any concerns, which he did not. Months later a nail lifted up, not uncommon on 1 x 6 boards. We went out and fixed; this is referred as a nail pop. We scheduled to have the drywall to be painted this Thursday. Customer was not happy with delay with painters schedule apparently. The customer never called me directly as requested. Then proceeded unfairly to trash our company on google and Angie's List while we were addressing his minor concern. I believe any prudent individual would find this to be an unwarranted and frivously review. And certainly an abuse of this forum. Certainly things do not go perfectly, but it is how you address them. I stand by our many wonderful reviews! Jim Brown Roofrite"
