If I could leave zero starts I would. My story sounds just like other reviews. My warranty company, American Home shield sent them out on a Thursday. They were supposed to call before they came so I ran out and happened to come home as the guy was on my porch. He said the office left off most of my phone number on his paperwork so he couldn't call. He didn't even really look at anything, just guessed what he thought was wrong. He said they would have the parts in 24-48 hrs. I called the following Monday and talked to the lady that answers the phone. She said someone would call by the end of the day. Didn't hear from them so I called back Wednesday. Same story. Still didn't hear so I call back today (Friday) and they said they are no longer authorized to do work for AHS. They found out the day after they were at my house. Couldn't someone have just told me that a week ago? Now I'm back to square one with a washer that doesn't work and clothes piling up. So annoyed these companies can't get it together. Run away from them!

Had called them for fixing my gas stove and hood fan. The appointment was given between 9-12 PM. The person finally showed up around 11.55. I was hoping at-least that he would fix both the issues. He refused to look at the hood fan since it was not something he can fix. Then he looked up the gas stove model and went outside to apparently make some calls. Came back and said that two of the stove parts need to be replaced and gave me an estimate of $300. I mentioned that the estimate is too high for those parts, especially since the stove itself would only cost me that much. So he goes out again and come back saying I can take another $50 off. Being an engineer myself, I knew that the parts he mentioned were not the ones to be replaced. So I call his bluff, send him off paying $50. I went on ebay and ordered the correct part and fixed it finally myself, all for $40. Moral of the story - Do not trust these so called REPAIR folks who know nothing about electronics. There are other good honest service professionals out there. STAY AWAY from Pro Tech repair.

My first encounter was pleasant enough and I was able to schedule service promptly however my experience went downhill from there. I paid for all the work at the first visit and was told they would need to order a couple parts and would come back the following week. I contacted them three times to confirm their return visit and took the day off from work on the day they said they would come back. They did not show they did not call and they wouldn't did not return my messages. I tried repeatedly but my phone calls or met with a very rude receptionist. When I finally was able to reach someone I was required to take another day off from work for them to come back to finish the repairs. They returned but the work did not fix the problems and after restocking my refrigerator I lost all the food again because the repair was done improperly. I called again and went through the same heart ache try to reach somebody that would address my issues. I finally reached Chris who sounded very stressed on the phone indicated they had fired the rude receptionist but now he was having such trouble to take care of my issues and get someone back to my home. After six visits and six days off from work the repairs were finally made however my refrigerator continues to have problems now with it over cooling the food in my refrigerator. I may have gotten this company and a bad point in time for them but this was one of the worst repair experiences I've ever had I would not use them again

Very impressed with the service and tech. Same day service at a reasonable price. Tech was professional, friendly and had the part needed. Quick in and out. I would not hesitate to call them again for ANY appliance repair.

They called 20 minutes before arrival and was able to repair my fridge in 30 minutes for a great price. Very pleasant experience. The technician was very kind and courteous.
