Windows were cleaned okay, but gutters were installed incorrectly. The owner acknowledged that it was done completely wrong and wouldn't work, promised three or four times over the phone that they would be replaced and installed correctly (and sent someone out once to look at the job) but finally stopped returning phone calls. I will have to pay to get them removed and new ones installed.
