MODERN FLOORS

The entire experience was great. My wife met with Gemma Falvey at the store and Gemma guided her on the best products, explained the benefits and price differences between them and took all of the guess work out of the decision. Her product knowledge is second to none. Gemma suggested cheaper carpet in our children's bedrooms and found the exact cut/loop product that we wanted for the other areas. We have had the carpet for 2 months and could not be happier. Mike, the installer was prompt, communicated what he was going to do and how long it would take. Great company all around!

My house is an older house with many different problems.  Although there were some problems they were resolved quickly, and addressed with in days of the concerns. Harriet stayed on top of issues and worked to resolve them.  It was a team effort with company they deserve the A rating they are getting from me.

Modern Carpet One Floor & Home They did a really good job.  I had the one guy came out and gave me an estimate, he brought samples up to my house because it was too far for me to go to the location.  He brought several books and samples and everything. Which was nice.  Saved me all the driving.  I told him what I was looking for and price range.  He gave me lower, higher kind of gave me a range.  I think he was knowledgeable.  He was the estimator.  He brought my samples out and took the measurements.  Figured out on the computer.  The installers were nice.  We had prepared it to save the money, we pulled up carpet and had to take the staples up and they put the sub-flooring down and the vinyl down.  It was good, yes.  It looks like a rustic wood floor.  They did a job what they needed to be done.  They cleaned up the messes.

Initially we consulted with the sales person in the store to help us decide which carpeting would fit our limited budget. Harriet did an excellent job with that. My wife and I ripped out the old carpeting which gave us a little break in the installation price.
The installers came on the date we scheduled and completed the job within two days. The installation was done to our satisfaction.

The carpet is beautiful and the installer did a fantastic job. I was happy with the entire experience. Modern Floors ordered samples for me to take home free of charge and worked with me to find the right carpet for the right price. I would do business with them again.

I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE CARPETS. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SELECTION THAT THEY GAVE TO ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS NEW CARPETS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICES. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE USED THEM AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE NEW CARPET.
