Everything was going fine until one of the workers balanced himself wearing work shoes on the side of the tub and damaged it, and worst of all the contractor denied it. The walls were put in crooked causing the sides of the tub to be out of alignment resulting in two large gaps. Another wall is bowed and most of the walls prior to be being primed have nicks, scratches or dents. Nails and garbage left behind on the floor for homeowner to clean up. Left corners unfinished with no mud, so homeowner had to do it. Plumbing was incomplete with no shut offs put on the tub, toilet or sink. Basement leaked after plumber left on first day and had to be called back, which was a minor annoyance, but after dealing with sloppy and incomplete work we would never recommend this contractor to anyone that cares about wanting a job done right. He also promised to put in a threshold but just didn't feel like doing it. The original estimate included most of the above as far as what was going to be done, however, the final result was a terrible job by a contractor that obviously didn't care about anything but collecting the money that in no way did he ever earn. It is sad because he makes other contractors look bad, but I am sure there are some good ones out there, but not this one.
