Did not go well. Quoted job, started installation without a design in hand. Promised installation to complete in the fall. Never completed. Asked to start work in spring. Called and emailed Dave. No response for days. When responded, Mentioned work was 3 - 4 weeks out. Left message at 3.5 weeks and no return calls or email messages. Totally irresponsible behavior.
