 + -1 moreDid not go well. Quoted job, started installation without a design in hand. Promised installation to complete in the fall. Never completed. Asked to start work in spring. Called and emailed Dave. No response for days. When responded, Mentioned work was 3 - 4 weeks out. Left message at 3.5 weeks and no return calls or email messages. Totally irresponsible behavior.

 + -1 moreCalled and left a message stating my irrigation system wasn't working. Asked for a call back either way if he was or wasn't interested in the job. My call wasn't returned. Called back and spoke to a woman who said they might be able to stop by on their way back north. Didn't hear that day but since it wasn't definite that was fine. Left a message the following day asking again if they could let me know. Third message left the day after that stating that I thought it unprofessional not to get bach to me. Awful when someone doesn't respond once you've made contact.
