Do not buy appliances from here if they are still using Forward Final Mile as their delivery service. I lost three days of work and numerous hours dealing with their delivery company. That delivery service is unprofessional and disorganized.

We had them to come out and do all the measurements for the doors, but when they placed the order they did not order one particular door.

The experience was ok. I was disappointed, however, because the molding is already coming apart. I am going to have to call them to come back out to repair the molding.

I needed some brass screws. I got them home but most of them bent while I was trying to use them. I ended up going to Lowes to get other screws.

It was an excellent experience. Everything was delivered exactly to specifications, and the installation crew did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.

THEY FULFILLED THE AGREEMENT WE HAD TO MY FULLEST EXPECTATIONS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARPET THEY PROVIDED FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

THE REPAIR PERSON CAME RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I THINK THAT THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGED ME WAS REASONABLE. THE REPAIR PERSON GOT EVERYTHING FIXED QUICKLY. IT IS WORKING FINE NOW, SO I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I LIKED THE LARGE SELECTION OF CARPETS THEY HAD FOR ME TO CHOSE FROM. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT I WOULD PREFER ENGLISH-SPEAKING LABORERS, SO I COULD COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. EVERYTHING ELSE WENT GREAT.

THIS WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY OR THE INSTALLING OF THE FLOOR. THEY CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER THEMSELVES TOO.
