ASA Cabinets

Delayed due to COVID ...I ordered in March it was delivered in June damaged with missing drawer front that they said was back ordered and had no idea when it would be delivered per Victoria. We did not accept delivery and requested a refund, but, they would only credit 50% as they said they had a restocking fee. This info was not disclosed on any of the documents that were provided to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! Buyer beware!

I was looking to redo my kitchen and cabinets. I met Arie and David.  They showed me all of the different cabinet lines and styles.  They came out very quickly to measure my house. I received a quote and drawings from them that was better than what I expected. They were so professional and thorough.

We started out by meeting David in the ASA showroom. He patiently explained and showed us all the options and colors available within our price range. We took home a few samples to see how the colors matched our existing wet bar. After a few days he called to check in with us and we placed our order.  While waiting for the cabinets to arrive the installer, referred by ASA, came to our home to measure the three season room for base moulding and window trim as well as helped us pick out the features for a new handrail in the basement. 

Once everything was delivered, the installer worked over two days to install the upper and lower cabinets, wine rack, hand rails, and trim. Everything was installed nicely and cleanly. Our installer cleaned up after himself and made sure we were satisfied with the work.  We realized towards the end of the install that one shelf was missing from the order. David made sure that we received a replacement as quickly as possible.

we love the quality of the products ordered and would recommend that anyone looking for custom cabinets, trim, or other lumber needs check out ASA. They treat you like family and make sure you receive the best service and products. 

I don't have enough great things to say about David and the Shapiros. They have a superior selection, deliver on all promises, provide a great value and even deal with my antics. Would only buy from ASA and I suggest you check them out too. Many thanks over the years

Cabinets are beautiful. Our sales person David Shapiro provided us with great ideas and service. Everything needed for our cabinets was ordered and received without incident. Installer was professional and his work was impeccable. We were very happy with this entire job.

First let me say that I'd give ASA Cabinets a 6-Star Rating if I could!

When it comes to customer service, ASA (and, in particular, David Shapiro) are like Nordstrom!! We live in DC and ASA is in Michigan, but that didn't stop David from giving us the white glove treatment, and the finest, real wood cabinet product imaginable.Before we found ASA, we were disappointed by a local cabinet company that didn't really listen to our needs or preferences. They made a ton of assumptions about our likes/dislikes, none of which they deemed important enough to clarify with us.

Well, ASA was just the opposite.David's default answer to his clients is YES! When we visited his store, he narrowed down our selections one-by-one, taking notes the whole time, making recommendations, but never making ANY assumptions. And, he's incredibly kind and likable! So easy to work with.When it came time to measure, he got on the phone via FaceTime (yes, FACETIME!) with our builder to measure our kitchen for cabinets. He checked and doubled checked the numbers, and when we received our cabinets, there were NO errors! They fit like a glove! All of this was done over the phone!!!( Honestly, I thought we were being a bit ambitious to think doing this well was even possible, but David proved me wrong.)

David did a phenomenal job, treated us kindly the entire time, was laser-responsive (often responding to us within minutes when we needed something urgently) and gave us his opinion when he thought we may not like something we were considering. And, in the end, our kitchen, butler's pantry and bathroom were absolutely stunning! I'll show pics soon.

David and ASA, you exceeded our expectations at every turn. We are SO grateful to have found you. I would recommend you to anyone, anywhere throughout the U.S. (not just in Michigan). Thank you for being so accommodating, for working with our contractor so willingly, and for working with us remotely. And doing it all with a smile! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
