Door came off the rails and the opener died on a Saturday afternoon at approximately 3:30 PM. Called. They answered the phone and were here by 5 PM. Got the door back on the track, diagnosed the issue with the opener, gave me a fair price on a new opener and install, and was done with all the work in about an hour. Very friendly. Very professional. Walked me through the operation of the new opener and explained what was different with this new model. Cannot believe I got a new opener on a late Saturday afternoon. Unbelievable! Will call them again. If you're in this end of Oakland county, there is no better option.

Had a broken garage door spring for a two car garage door.  All Pro came out the same day, arrived early and had it fixed in less than an hour.  They came as recommendation from family members.  I will definitely use them again.

The price was less than Home depot and slightly higher than Lowes. But delivered sooner than anyone can deliver. Recommanded Safeway door. I am happy with quality of door and craftmanship. Bill was also flexible with install. Installed after hours to work with my schedule.

Contacted All Pro 7am Monday morning and described the situation with broken spring.  Not only was the repair complete the same day by noon, but also all nuts were tightened and adjusted opener.  Door springs used included a 5-year warranty.  Job was completed with no issues while I was at work.

I called All-Pro Garage Doors and talked to Mr. Bill Brooks, the owner. We discussed replacing a broken spring on my overhead garage door, the cost of doing this and a scheduled  time for the work to be done. . He seemed genuinely interested in doing the work. We agreed on a scheduled time for the work. This was to be 2 hours from when I made my phone call to him.

He arrived when he said he would and quickly set to work. While he was removing the broken spring i discussed what might be done to prolong the life of the new spring he was going to install. He said most doors the size of mine incorporated 2 springs, not just one. He explained the load of the door on a single spring would reduce the operational life of the single spring. If two springs were used the load would be distributed across both springs and as a result, the expected operational life would be greatly extended. It should be noted that the broken spring he was replacing had been installed only a few years earlier.

The agreed on price for the installation of a single spring was $125.00 and include a 5 year warranty. The total cost for the installation of 2 springs would be $175.00 and again would include a 5 year warranty. in addition, he gave me a senior discount of $10.00 so my total bill was $165.00. I asked Mr. Brooks to replace both springs, which he did.

Some door frame parts  had been damaged when the spring broke. He made repairs to all of the physical components associated with the door and lubricated all moving parts. He verified his work by cycling the door open and closed a number of times to make sure I was satisfied with the completed work. All planned work was completed in an excellent manner and his professionalism left nothing to be desired.

Bill, from All Pro, LLC came out on time and in a heavy snow.  I showed him the stripping samples I had collected and the one I wanted to use.  He told me to give him and hour because of the slippery roads.  Before I knew it Bill had purchased the strip, returned to my home and installed the stripping on a cold wet day.  I chose All Pro because of their reasonable price for a service call and the labor which included the materials.  I liked the fact that they also carry materials on their truck which was great because this was an urgent matter so that rodents couldn't come into my garage through the opening at the bottom of the door.  They were on time, the price was reasonable and Bill was courteous and professional.  All Pro, LLC was definitely a great choice and I will call them again!

Garage door spring went out overnight.  Called after 9:00 and he was at my house working on it by 10:00 and done by 11:00.  Prompt, professional service.  First time I've used this company but definitely will call again next time I have an issue.

The spring on the garage door had broken, and the door would not open or close, so I had to have it replaced. It was a young man that came out. I think it was a Sunday when I called him, and he came out on Monday; he could have come on Sunday, but I did not need him to come out. The work was excellent. I have an old wood door, so it is heavier than a regular metal door. He put on different springs that he said should last much longer. All their stuff is guaranteed on paper. Everything works fine. I am very happy with their price. The following week, he called me and said that he had just done a similar installation with an older wood door and that he would like to come out and tweak the springs again because he thought he could improve what he had done. He changed some things, and everything has been wonderful ever since. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Next day service.  Showed up early for scheduled appointment.  Diagnosed the problem and recommitted a new door open.  Service tech suggested the new garage door opener size and band name.  Service tech returned the following day and installed the new garage door opener.  One year guarantee on installation.  Excellent job, excellent price.

The repairman could have easily talked us into replacing our garage door with a new one but he suggested repairing our existing door. He was polite, efficient and got the job done in a very timely manner.

We had used All Pro to replace the door springs a year ago, and that was a very good experience; punctual, fast, professional at a fair price. When the door was damaged and we decided to replace it we called All Pro and, again, it was a good experience. They arrived when promised, assessed the damage, offered options for repair or replace. We decided to simply replace. They arrived precisely when scheduled and the job took 2 hours. The cleanup was also good.

Technician called me to let me know he was running late (he was only about 10 minutes late). Showed up, fixed it, called the owner of the company to let them know this was for a non-profit organization and they cut the cost in half. Very unexpected surprise.

My garage door fell closed and wouldn't open. I called All-Pro at 10:00 am or so and he was able to come out at 3:00 pm. He was punctual, pleasant and went right to work--my garage door was fixed within an hour.

Awoke that morning to find the garage door wouldn't open - I checked Angie's List and called All Pro and they were able to send someone out that day. They were here a few minutes ahead of schedule, work was done efficiently, old parts were removed and he made a few adjustments to the springs and opener to make them work well. I'm very pleased with this company.

Start to finish was done in 30 minutes, professionally and courteously. Suggested that future lubrications should be done using lubricating silicone spray.

Our garage door buckled over the weekend. We talked to Bill on a Sunday. He came out Monday and told us the door could not be repaired (which is what we expected) and gave us a quote to replace it for $975 including installation. We had already priced a lower quality door at Home Depot for $1200 installed. He and his son replaced the door on Tuesday afternoon. It would've taken over two weeks with HD. We are very pleased with Bill's quick response time, quality of work and reasonable pricing.

After my garage door would not open, I noticed that one of the springs had snapped. I looked for a local garage door repair service and called All Pro. Bill responded right away and said he would be at my house in a few hours. He showed up on time, as promised, had all of the materials needed to complete the job, and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. After fixing the broken spring he mentioned that some of the rollers were worn, and would need replacing eventually. He said it didn't have to be taken care of now, but we decided to have the rollers replaced while he was there. Hence avoiding another service call. Bill only charged for the parts and his time, no charge for the visit.

Very smooth transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others based on my experience.

The repair person was late, but called and rescheduled a convenient time later in the day. He arrived when he said, and pointed out some frayed cables that truly needed to be replaced (not scamming me!). When the cables he had didn't fit the set-up my garage door had, he went to the hardware store and bought new ones. When those didn't fit, he re-drilled the garage pulley system to make the stronger of the two sets of cables fit. He was pleasant and professional, and finished the job quickly with no mess.
