I purchased the deal in November of 2016 and arranged to have the work done when I was able to be at the rental property for the repair in March of 2017. The problem was quickly diagnosed and remedied as well as the deal for the new rollers on that door was completed. The technitian even lubricated the other doors as a bonus. I was very pleased.

Great. The only real drawback was having to wait 6-8 weeks to get my door installed. Not sure if this was due to them special ordering doors or their scheduling

I was considering installing the garage doors myself and maybe arrange some help, but went with these guys. Definitely glad I didn't end up doing it on my own. They did an excellent job at a good price. It might have been a bit more difficult job due to the age of the structure (not everything being perfectly square due to settling etc.), but they did a fine job. The only negative was that there was quite a bit of lead time to have the doors installed (5 or so weeks), but it was peak summer and the lead time in the end didn't actually end up being that big of a deal.

It was done while I was at work. When I got home my garage door was working properly again. They gave me a quote for what would need to be replaced if the problem continues. Very friendly staff on the phone. I would definitely use this company again.

Two technicians showed up just before 2pm and worked on door for just under an hour, replacing the one one spring with two springs (my choice). They were very professional and friendly and lubed and greased the areas of the door that needed it, and answered all my questions. (i.e. should I also grease my door and with what kind/) The also pointed out some minor problems with the door, and also the door was rubbing at the top of the door opening and they did some minor tweaking to correct that.
The person answering the phone was also friendly and knowledgeable. Theonly complaint I would say was that the did not have a specific time frame to show up. They told me they would be there sometime on Tuesday and Wednesday. I did leave the side entrance open but it is always nice to know the time a company is going to show up so I don't have to leave a door unlocked.
I still would use West Michigan Door again, even with that issue.
Easy billing, mailed invoice to my house.

My call for service was responded to quickly and the service tech arrived within the time frame that was scheduled.
My garage door opener is quite old, and the service provider could have easily taken advantage of me with a recommendation for a full new opener. Not only did he NOT do this, he adjusted the 2nd door while he was here. As he was working, he noticed a wasp nest on the garage. He recommended a method to get rid of the wasps and gave some tips on the process.
The service tech was professional and very helpful throughout the entire process.
When I rec'd the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I expected to pay twice what I was billed. Needless to say, this was a good experience. I would use West Michigan Door again, and will recommend them to anyone needed work done on their garage door.

West Michigan Door arrived quickly (same day), identified the problem and corrected it with no fuss. They specialize in garage doors both commercial and residential. I have used them for years. Best yet, they mail the bill for payment within 30 days. I would not hesitate to recommend them - in business since 1974.
