Went very well. The crew was very professional and the work was completed as expected.

We gave a down payment for services to be done - so we weren't a big job - the guy said he'd be out in july, he has cancelled every time he said he was coming and then let long periods of time go by before rescheduling. We made initial contact with him 12 months ago. Bottom line - I don't think he EVER intended to do my parents driveway. Way to screw around for 12 months and take our money. We don't have a refund yet - waiting to see if it comes through. VERY DISAPPOINTING won't be working with him in the near future.

Always on time and professional. Willing to work with whatever you want done. Would absolutely use again!

Ron and his crew, Randy and Dallas, were very easy to work with.  All were punctual, hard working and made sure they explained the process and the time frame. Cleaned up the job site and were considerate of our lawn , which was a concern with heavy concrete trucks. Very pleased with the outcome and we are enjoying our new patio!

Ron was very responsive from the time I inquired and throughout the job. He came the day after I first inquired to leave me a bid. I didn't even need to be there, just described the work I was looking to have done. This is valuable to me, as a lot of time can be burned up meeting with contractors, supervising them, etc. Working folks will appreciate that Ron and his crew come and do their work without you having to be there, and that the end result is as good as if you were there looking over their shoulder. Ron's bid was very good and we accepted it. He said he had some jobs ahead of us, and it would be a couple of weeks before he could start, which was fine and expected. However, due to a holdup with another job, he was able to start the next week! We were so pleased that he was able to start so quickly. The job took a week, with one day off due to rain. They came each day the weather allowed them to, and steady progress was made each day. Communication was great throughout the process. We are very happy with the end result and the upgrade to our home! We would recommend Ron and Gustum Enterprises to anyone looking for quality concrete work at an affordable price.

The contractor responded timely to my request for proposal.  Arrived on the date and time agreed upon for the bid.  Provided good information regarding the service they could provide as well as the pros and cons of using concrete for my fire pit and patio areas.  He was professional, friendly and informative in discussing the services and product.
When terms were agreed upon, the provider arrived at the job site on time, worked efficiently with a competent crew and cleaned up the job prep site before leaving.
The provider then returned to pour and stamp the fire pit area and the separate patio circle.  He and his 3 person crew worked efficiently and again cleaned up the job site when done.
The provider then returned on the date expected to seal and complete the job.
He explained the drying and curing time and then asked if there were any additional questions or concerns.
This provider did an excellent job, performed the services that he was hired to perform in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
I will not hesitate to contact this provider again for any additional concrete work.  The stamped concrete looks great!  I can't wait to enjoy my new fabulous fire pit and patio!

Exceptional customer service! Took the time to learn our names, which is unusual these days. The concrete patio exceeded my expectations and is absolutely beautiful! I cant recommend their work enough!

Ron and Randy were working approx 7 days on patio and landscape non stop.  Great workers.  Quality work.

Ron and Randy were here first thing last Thursday and set to work right away. They prep the space for the parking pad,
use a small bobcat to dig down to the frost line. They built a frame and finished the framing just in time for the truck to show
and pour the concrete. They then leveled the surface and pushed the dirt up to the frame so that there is a ramp up the pad.
They were back early Friday and preped and framed the sidewalk which was poured and wheelbarreled around the house.
They were also very kind to a curious grandchild and our dogs.
They then stained the surface and stamped and used a small hand rolled to soften the edges of the stamp.The sidewalk
is wonderful, we are so happy with the way it matches the siding of the house and it looks original to our 100 year old home.
We are very happy with the work and will be showing this off for years to come.
