Called before arrival. Arrived on time. Took off shoes inside the house. Had all necessary parts and instruments to test pressure on A/C lines and electrical voltages. Freely explained what he was doing and why. Did not mind if I watched. Made suggestions that would improve efficiency of system (i.e. more frequent washing of electronic filter). Had previously used Ram when furnace fan was making noise. When he arrived, he already had the part (fan) just in case that was the problem. Found a brace on the fan being replaced that was snapped off from the squirrel cage. Replaced with similar fan (only one available for that furnace) and indicated he would replace all braces on the old fan and return it to me in case I needed a replacement in the future.
