+ -1 moreAfter insisting on being paid "up front", I had to "chase" O'Rourke for over a year (conversations on tape) as he LIED, and LIED, and LIED about starting. When threatened with legal action, he did the job POORLY. He left chunks of concrete, and roots sticking out of the ground. When I attempted to get answers about the work he had a "SPAZ" attack, and I had to hire an attorney to mediate. He made threats. He needed to be WATCHED closely, and ALL deliveries of soil needed to be COUNTED and CHECKED ........ CLOSELY. If you like dealing with LAWYERS and COURTS, hire O'Rourke.
Description of Work: O'Rourke was hired to demolish and remove an old building. 22' wide by 64' long.
