World of Floors®

I'm highly disappointed with world of floors. They sell you on quality and workmanship warranty. Sales man told us we get a 20 year workmanship warranty. That there installers do great work and would take care of any sub floor out of level over 1/8 of an inch. They did not which caused some of the flooring to come apart. Also we paid extra to get the best floor they sell and also best trim boards they have. Over 10,000.00$ . The trim boards are not even because the never attempted to level floor or even use the proper transitions. We couldn't get them to fix any of our concerns before finish. We had to complain immensely and take it the top. They have been to my house 7 times. We are still not satisfied we couldn't get 20 minutes of workmanship warranty. We have spoke with owner operator Emil. He came out 2x rude inconsiderate. Trying to tell us or you if your dumb enough to use these people. What good workmanship is. I thought the customer should be satisfied. During these 5 extra visits back to fix what there employees messed up. Guy by the name Ross. Bully's customers including woman. Again telling us they are not going to remove any more flooring. Before you can get a word out. Why send the same crew back to my house 7 times. When you can't get it right after 4 you think you would try someone else. We have video of how they dress when boss not around. Coming in with a wife beater and a bad attitude on your 6th visit then telling the customer we are not doing anything to make you happy. Just a total inconvenience of my time. Between my partner and I. We missed 6 days of work. They act like we are inconveniencing them. My last complaint was that corners were so bent and sharp they would cut your feet. From bully Ross pounding the crap out of it. He also spilled his sticky pop all over are floor. We had to clean it. You know the extra pieces they leave for future repairs. They used it all up on there 7 visits. Trying to it get right. Our base boards look like crap in many areas. They took a chunk out of corner and stuck it back on with cualk. I showed them on there 6 th visit Ross says I can put more cualk in it. Are you kidding me that's not a fix or solution. so at this point I asked ross to leave my house. I'll talk to Emil. Well before the dust could settle after I left a message because they never answer the phone when you need quick answer. I specifically asked Emil not to have Ross come back ever again. He will try to intimidate you to get out of work. Then to top off Emil got loud and said he will do the talking. Rude! What about my money ten thousand dollars. And the guy is rolling on my floor with a credit card. Saying it's no higher then other areas. Last area of concern was our hall way. So far from kitchen. Emil says you have all this traffic. Trying to get out of it and just wear you down to you give up. We're not. we turned into the BBB. I'm a aerospace tool inspector. Credit card on the floor from the smooth side. You kidding me and that's your upper management representative? Seriously the last 4 visits were insulting and a big waste if our time. We are so disappointed in the workmanship And final results. But seriously the way we have been treated. With no resolve. Out 10,000$. I would give serious consideration before using this company. Buyers beware! We are taking it to the next level. Stay tuned. It was good. They were speedy, in and out really no big deal. I was glad they did it and they did a good job.

I have an old rental house that was in need of some carpets. I called World of Floors, along with a few other carpet businesses in town. John from World Of Floors listened to what we were asking for told us where we could get the best deal on carpet (something I double checked after the fact {he was right, by the way!}) and was able to get us taken care of just a couple of days after the carpet was ready. The rooms look great and the install crew cleaned up nicely when they were done. I definitely will be calling them again when it comes time to redo the carpets in my house or my other rental! They were great to work with and quick to respond. I highly recommend them!

Great job by World of Floors! I needed two bedrooms carpeted. George was great to talk with, price was fair, and his installers were competent, courteous, professional. I was super happy and would hire World of Floors again.

The service was excellent. The show van was organized and clear. The sales rep was professional and courteous. He was patient and answered all my questions. The customer service girls are polite and thoughtful. The installers were skilled and focused. The carpet is beautiful and I am delighted. I recommend this business without reservation. While the quote process was a breeze, I was extremely unhappy with lack of professionalism and the outright coercion used during the installation process. Essentially, the work I hired WoF to do was simply rip up the old kitchen floor (which was peel & stick) and install new, grouted LVT. Additionally I needed the transition pieces between the kitchen floor and hardwood of the hallways completed. I was assured at contract signature that this would be handled without issue and that it didn't need to be specified in the contract (big mistake). My installation was pushed back a day unexpectedly the week of installation, which was three full weeks after contract signature. I had planned to be available the original installation day but had to be at work the day of the installation; I was able to have my Dad there to let the installers in and monitor progress. After taking up the old kitchen floor, the installers noticed that the pieces provided to them by WoF would not do an adequate job for the transition between the new kitchen floor and the hardwood. They let me know, and I asked that they contact their installation manager to see what could be done about this, given that I'd specifically been assured it wouldn't be a problem. I also called the sales guy I had spoken to and the signed the contract with to see if we could find a solution. When I spoke to the sales person, they immediately asked if I had paid the second half of the cost already - I had left a check with my Dad at the house. The salesperson then said that if I did not agree to using quarter-round shoe molding for the transition pieces, that they would have their installers leave and come back a different day when I could be there. I asked for a minute to make a decision and to call back. Mind you, my kitchen is ripped up at this point. I called my Dad, who let me know that the installers *had stopped working now*. World of Floors was going to leave my kitchen ripped up unless I agreed to work that they themselves had not completed satisfactorily. So I had to agree to the solution which is not great - see attached photo. I will likely need to fix this myself or get another contractor to solve this for me as it is both pretty ugly and not particularly safe. Needless to say I will never use World of Floors again, and I would like to suggest avoiding them if at all possible.

I would like to commend World of Floors and its owner, Emil, for a job well done!!! We love our new hardwood flooring and upgraded carpet. Our home looks brand new again, thanks to Emil and his crew of professional installers. We'll recommend Emil to our friends and neighbors anytime!!!

From beginning to end, these guys did a great job. I would definitely use them again! We selected our carpet quickly, the installers were scheduled the following week and the job was completed without a hitch. The staff deserve a huge thanks for being so helpful and for making the carpet install process go so smoothly.

Highly recommend going there if you have flooring needs. Helpful, courteous, professional.

Redoing your bathroom? Kitchen? Call them. We had a vision, but needed an opinion when it came down to final choices and Sunnie was amazing. She had great recommendations and was really easy to work with through the entire process. We are thrilled and will be back for our next project.

Beyond expectations. My salesman Gina made sure that everything I needed was handled, on time, and exactly to my liking. I spent about 30 minutes ooking at material she brought to me. Already having my idea of course. And once I was quoted the sale price, I was sold. No Pun intended. My installers were done in no time and arrived exactly on schedule. Literally to the minute. We recently had Emil come out to measure our bedrooms on second floor. He was amazing as he not only remembered us from about a year ago when he first came out but made sure to work us into his busy schedule so we didn't have to wait. We really appreciated his attention to detail and high level of friendly customer service!

Our experience was as easy as one,two,three. Gina provided expert service and was always in communication during the process. There prices and service are top notch. We couldn't of asked for a better experience during our remodel!

Larry did a good job with helping us with our floors- he was responsive and gave us a good product- we love our floors

Overall very good. The only flaw was that floor delivery got delayed by 1 day, which we didn't expect but could understand. Except that, from the sales consultation to the installation and clean up the whole process was nicely done. Will use again.

We were on a budget and needed new carpet in our house asap! These guys were very accommodating to our budget, the installation & removal was quick and painless. Their prices kicked the $h!t out of Home Depot & Lowes. I will definitely have them come back next spring and do the carpet in our family room! Recommended!

Excellent service from the moment salesperson walked through the door until all the product was installed. Excellent selection of product for any project. Installers were top notch. They hooked me up with the extra thick padding for the carpet on my stairs and it makes a huge difference. You simply cannot go wrong with them.

We worked with Gina at World of Floors and she was wonderful. She bent over backwards to get us good deals. We did not choose the cheapest company, for you get what you pay for. My wife and I are very happy with the support we got from Gina and will more than likely go back to her for upgrades in the future.
