I had been looking at various places for a hut tub before I went to TradeWinds Spas. What I really appreciated was the lack of a hard sell. They provided information and let me take my time to reach a decision. They even let us 'wet test' several of the hot tubs. It was a big decision for me (a lot of money for me to spend) and they really gave me a lot of space to make my own decision. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a hot tub. I also love Caldera spas with their 'circuit therapy'.

I called them for service over the phone. They gave me the information on how to fix the sanua myself over the phone without charging me. I think they are very honest.
