I like their price. It seems like every time we go in, we have a nail in the tire or something like that. The last time we were in, they said that we had a headlight that was out. So I say, "Well, go ahead and fix it". They came back out but hadn't fixed it. So I took it to the dealership and they said that there was nothing wrong with the light. I am kind of suspicious about Tim's and I've been going there for seven years. The last time makes me think that they tried to pull a fast one on me replacing the light and then didn't know how to reset it. I guess I wouldn't recommend them. The price is good and so is the location but I have my suspicions about that incident.

My family has been going there for about 10 years, and we take all our vehicles there. They are a very honest business, and they never try to upsell us on anything, they even turned down things that we thought needed to be done, and they said they didn't. We are just pleased with them. They do high quality of work, and turn around time. They are just a great all around shop.

Though Tim is always open on time, it seems his people have a bit of a problem getting it in gear first thing in the morning. I arrive for an oil change at 8am and typically it takes 45 minutes - first oil change of the day and still 45 minutes. That's really my only issue. They always do a thorough job - just a bit long.
I continue to go back because of the convenience. Waiting an extra 15 minutes 2-3 times a year isn't a big deal. But the lack of urgency is a bit annoying.

They are good and I can trust them. They share a very good relationship with people and everyone inclusive of the mechanic comes and talks to you. I will continue to use them in the future.

The service was good. They were pretty average and were what I had expected them to be. They got the work done and called me when they were done. I haven't really gotten much stuff done to know how their quality of work is. I would probably use them again in the future.
