Mr. Cruce was easy to contact, responsive and available to do the job, and went way above doing the job. Piano sounds great, he took care of several minor repairs and discussed overall condition and future steps we could take (without any pressure). Price was very reasonable, particularly considering the extras he did for us. Highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism when my piano was tuned and some other maintenance work was done on this beloved older Chickering piano that my family inherited from my grand-aunt.. Terry was responsive, timely, knowledgeable, and informative. He was able to make my old piano sound great. He gave me some great information on keeping it in tip-top condition and suggested some other maintenance I might want to consider, but didn't pressure me to get them done at this time. I would most definitely choose Terry Cruse to do any future work.  He is able to do pretty much any repairs and maintenance, as well as tuning.
