It was a disaster. I had to send them a four page letter. If I sent you pictures of what they left us, your jaw would drop. We've had huge boulders in our backyard. It made up a patio and we needed all of those boulders removed, the patio was sinking and he said he could do the job and he quoted us a price which was very expensive but we couldn't find anybody else to do it. When he proposed putting a different wall in, we thought they'll take care of everything. I was up north and my husband called me and he asked me who's gonna take care of the boulders and I'm like, "What?" They left 12 boulders in our backyard so I called him immediately at home and I said that we've got to get those things out of the backyard. He charged me additional $600.00 to have those boulders removed. He told me that the reason he charged me so much is because they had to find a dump site and he had to get a special truck to remove the stones. He's in the boulder business, he doesn't have to find a special dump site and he can just reuse them for another job because there was nothing wrong with them. I wrote them a four page letter and said that I'm not paying them and I sent them pictures. They left. They took the pavers out of our driveway and the area leading up to our back porch to finish our patio. He charged us over $12,000.00 for that job and he wanted an additional $600.00 to remove these boulders. It took me almost a month and a four page letter and told him I'm not paying him anymore. They left a gap that was probably a foot and a half wide and probably 10 feet long of just dirt that they took pavers out of our driveway and they left nothing there. It's a mess. Every time I look at it, I get angry. It was really not a good thing. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them. I'll give them the worst. They took the boulders and the dragged them across our backyard and they left it all mud. We had to have a company come in and re-sod our backyard after they were done. They scratched up the entire top of our pavers. It's not good.

When they finished the job, I realized a few months later that the pavers started to turn white.  I started to notice this in the Fall of 2012. I called them about the issue and they sent out a gentleman named Tim Shea.  Tim told me, "The xylene (used to clean pavers) did not effectively remove the old sealant on the pavers, which has now turned the pavers white." Tim had then promised me that they would come out in the spring of 2013 to fix the problem. I do have a recording of Tim stating all of this.

I started to call in the spring of 2013 to have them come and fix the problem as promised. They kept missing appointments and failed to return phone calls.  I then went to their office and spoke with the secretary. She informed me that Roger was trying to fix the problem and he would be out to fix the pavers. He was currently working on resolving warranty issues with other customers as well.  I am still waiting for him to take care of my patio.

AWFUL, DRAWN OUT experience. We went with a company who'd been around long term and decided that we'd pay a little more vs going with a one-person, independent contractor--not a good choice.
This minor job took 3 months and 6 visits to complete correctly. I kept getting different people to speak with and the original salesman was MIA. They don't show when they say they will and don't return calls While I'm no paver expert, it was apparent that the work was done incorrectly time and time again.
I sent email to the owner/CEO and COO with details of the problems, pleading for help. They, like their employees, were unresponsive.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN LAYING THE PAVERS BRICKS IN A CIRCLE IN OUR DRIVEWAY. THE FINAL COST WAS THE SAME AS THE ESTIMATE. THEIR TIME SCHEDULE WAS OFF, BUT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE.
