"I was contracted from a landlord to do a repair on his property. First thing he wanted everything cheap. I did this job cheap but did not lack quality, at a request of a mutual friend who I might add gave me a A+. (Ron wadood) Any how this garage should gave been torn down. I fell through the roof Injuring my back but finished the shingling In pain. The tenant said go to the hospital I told her not until her stuff was safe from the weather. I called the customer and told him I need a week to rest. He said i need the slab replaced now, i asked for a week he got mad. Because he was having a city inspection, I called the city and asked for a week extension they said sure. When I got back to the job the customer he asked for 2 1/2 slabs replaced, 1 1/2 more so we did what he asked. Then he asked for a side door to be replaced we did the door cost $189.00+tax plus labor $100.00. He wanted it done cheaper. He called me a said the door is not closing good. I reminded him the wall was rotten, which he did not want replaced because he wanted to save money. And told him this wall would have to be replaced. He said i paid you to do it either do it or I will sue you and tell them it was included. And it was not included. He said, i will sue you and give you a bad review I work for the FBI. I only charged him for the attentional work $200 For a 15 by 10 concrete. As to the 10 board come on it cost me $ 7 and should be able to make $3 . Bottom line this guy is cheap and likes threatening people with his FBI status."
