I am totally impressed by Seal Tight Construction! Mike was up on my roof during high winds and rain putting up a tarp to protect my home from internal damage. He worked with the insurance inspector and adjuster to evaluate the damages caused by high winds and hail. My roof was approved for replacement one Friday and the next Friday I had a new roof! Window trimming (due to hail) was replaced shortly after the roof. Mike and his office staff have helped me thru the process. I could not have done this without their expertise. The roofers and siding guy were great. A great team to work with!

Mike evaluated the roof to see if it could be repaired and quoted us a new roof because ours was too far gone. We got one other quote, which was mucher higher. I read the reviews here about Seal Tight and hired them. The work was completed promptly and looked great. I would certainly use them again. It was a great experience actually, compared to other construction projects we’ve used other companies on.

All done in one day. Crew was very Professional. They have worked together for 12 years. Cleanup was as if they had never been there. Not a nail or peice of anything left.

It went smoothly. From the original prompt call, initial walk through and potential issues we may run into when the walls and roof were opened. Mike, the owner and his staff went out of their way and worked with the insurance company also solving related problems for me. The cost was reasonable as new roofs would hit the pocketbook hard with deductables, unexpected expenses, etc. He was very understanding in this time of frustration and chaos for my family so close to the holidays. I APPRECIATED everything he accomplished for us. The roof looks excellent. I would recommend Seal Tight and use them again.

Everything went well. The work was done efficiently & my home looks great! Clean up was nicely done.

I had a new roof put on by Seal Tight Construction and couldn't have been happier. The quality of work was excellent and the little time it took for them to begin the job exceeded my expectations. It turned out really well. Their work did meet our expectations. I would use them again in the future.

Service was fast and the results were great. I even recommended the company to my friends. The job included a 30 year warrantee shingle and a 10 year warrantee on craftsmanship.

April 13, 2013 called and left a message that the roof was leaking. April 15, my call was returned and I was told a repair person would contact me that day to schedule a time to come out. April 17 I was contacted and told they would be out April 18 and at the same time told that my roof wasn't leaking. I insisted they come out anyway since there was a significant amount of water coming in to my living room and basement. I called twice April 19, including the and quot;emergencyand quot; number and left a message asking if they were coming out because my house was being destroyed from a very large water leak. My call was not returned. April 21, I got on the roof, identified the leak point, bought the material and fixed the leak. The leak resulted in ceiling and insulation damage in my basement.

May 8 at 7:30pm Seal Tight showed up at my house, without an appointment, apologizing that my work order had been lost and they want to take a look at the roof leak. I explained that I already fixed it but they insisted they get on the roof and take a look. They looked at the area where I indicated the leak was and insisted that that wasn't my problem suggesting that the leak must be coming through the trim on my chimney. I explained that the leak has been gone since I performed the repair but they still insisted that couldn't have been the problem. After agreeing to disagree I was asked if they should send a repair person out to take a look I said no since I didn't feel that they would find anything since the roof no longer leaked.

I called them for service on my vents, they came over gave me an estimate and came very quickly (a few d

ays) to fix my problems. I would call them again for service should I need it.

Seal Tight was the only construction company to give us a bid (we had four bids), that actually got up on the roof. They were the only ones who recognized that we had to have a full tear down and that our old roofing was sitting on shake shingles.

Brenda, one of the owners, was straight up about the cost and why. She and her crew were extremly professional at all times. The small things that I wanted and quot;tweakedand quot; a bit were done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.

They came out and did a good job. The people who came out were quiet and they did a lot of good work on the roof. I give them A's all down the board.
