Orow Home Improvement LLC has a very simple philosophy ----without our customers we do not have a business! for 40 years I have made it a policy to educate our customers in a way that is easy to understand and easy for them to pick the right product for their project every time--without feeling any pressure to buy until they are ready. I want my clients to only have to concentrate on performance type, color, style and price points that make them comfortable to work within their budget. I never make my clients feel that because they may have to go a lesser expensive route that they did not receive top quality. I Robert Orow the owner of OROW HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC am EXTREMELY fussy about the skill--cleanliness--attitude and professionalism of all of the trade installers that represent my company. I use good materials and good installers-- otherwise i could not give free service to my customers which has been my trademark for 40 years My crews have been with me for years and they are factory trained and certified as well as lead abatement certified for homes built before 1978. All Angie's List members will receive at least 10--15% legitimate discount. I don't like giving high price quotes and then bringing them down for a phony 40--50% discount--I feel that this practice is insulting to a potential customer. Spring 2014 brought a bad hail storm that damaged our roof, siding, gutters, and screen doors. For the siding and gutters, we spoke to many contractors but chose Bob and his company Orow Home Improvement.
We ask questions. We want to know how, why, when, etc. We want details, assurances, guarantees, patience, responsiveness to our needs, explanations, samples and comparisons. Much to Bob's credit, he hung in there with us through the entire process. Spring of 2015, Bob's siding installers started and completed the job in less than 2 weeks. The installers, Dan and Patrick did a great job. Other contractors have visited our home since the siding was completed, they remarked what a great siding job we received. They have been most impressed with the special finishing aluminum detail in the apexes of our home.
Bob and his crew met all of our high expectations with courtesy, cooperation and great craftsmanship. Our home is much quieter, certainly more weatherproof and efficient. The appearance is excellent.
We found Bob to be honest, knowledgeable, helpful, he keeps him commitments. Bob listened to what we wanted and delivered. Believe us, listening is a rare trait among home improvement contractors. The job was done right, used great craftsmen and goes above and beyond.
We recommend Orow Home Improvement very highly. Here is another important indicator - Bob's employees said, "We've worked for a lot of contractors, Bob's the best to work for by far".
This was our first time doing a large home improvement project. Bob, the owner of Orow Home Improvement spent a tremendous amount of time showing us options and educating us. We got several estimates and Orow Home Improvement was reasonably priced and gave us a better quality product. Some of the other contractors did not want to explain details about the products they would be installing, just wanted us to sign a contract with them. We needed to see the energy details, warranty information, etc. to feel comfortable that we were choosing the best product available. Bob patiently explained and answered all of our many questions.
The installers did an excellent job, making sure all of the doors worked smoothly, were insulated and caulked properly. We have gotten very positive feedback on the aluminum trim around these doors from friends and neighbors. Even a contractor giving us a deck washing estimate stopped to admire the aluminum trim work.
The patio doors came with a plastic cover that should have peeled right off. Unfortunately, it did not. Bob contacted the manufacturer who sent out their rep. The rep stated he had never seen anything like it before. Thru Bob's insistence, the manufacturer replaced the door panels of all 3 sliding patio doors.
We were very impressed with the final result and Orow Home Improvement. We recommend and plan to use Orow Home Improvement again in future home projects. Bob Orow took care of us.
