Nu-Way Kitchen and Bath

The time spent in planning and waiting for all materials to arrive paid off. They started as planned and completed work as scheduled. All the crew was good to work with. The bathroom looks great now!

The plumber called ahead to confirm the appointment.  He arrived on time and did a good job of removing the old toilet, taking it away, and installing the new one.  No clean up was needed at all.  The entire job took a little less than an hour.  We have not had any issues with the toilet since the installation almost 3 months ago.
I have to admit, I was surprised at the price of good toilets.  We purchased a basic toilet.  As long as it lasts a long time, it will be worth the money.

We are half way thru the remodel and everything is great. Couldn't ask for anything better. Nu-way is on top of everything. They made a schedule so we would know what to expect, and they're ahead of it!!

They were extremely good. They were very hard-working and courteous. They cleaned up well, too.

Jeff did a great job helping us with the design and picking tiles, fixtures, cabinetry, and counter tops. Much of the work was done by the carpenters – they did a great job and kept everything very clean. The plumber, tile installers, drywall installers, and shower glass installers were also very good. The staff at NuWay(Jeff, Karen, Chip and Vince-the owner) addressed all of our questions and concerns immediately. The job was originally scheduled to begin the second week of December but they were able to begin prior to that time and finished prior to Christmas. We couldn’t be happier with the completed job. It was a pleasure working with them.

After some mis-communication we are off and running on getting our kitchen remodeled. Looking forward to publishing photos and solid reports about Nu_Way soon.

It ended up taking them four months and we were not happy with the end product. We were so upset with the mistakes they made that we made them redo and redo it so they took some money off the top. The pocket doors were a nightmare and they kept falling off the track. They are still about a half inch off so the two sides don't fit evenly. They still owe me two things because the sinks were scratched on the inside and they had to redo the vanity twice. I had mirrors done over the vanity and glass tile put around the frame, but when they had to rip it out when they realized it wasn't centered. When ripping it out, they damaged the cabinet which they patched with other wood. The guy that sprayed the stain got it all over the sink and the glass doors and they had to keep coming back to clean that up. We worked with a designer but we found that the faucets that we picked out didn't work with the sinks so I had to fight with them to replace them. They had to re-grout things because they apparently didn't mix it well so there were a lot of white spots coming through. It was a nightmare and I would not recommend them. I didn't have any trouble waiting for the custom cabinets to be done, but after that it was just one thing after another. They had to fire one guy because he did poor work on the woodwork, and they had to keep sending someone to repair someone else's mess.
