After a couple days of rescheduling (one of them a no call/no show), Mr. Mister finally showed up to replace my very old irrigation pump. Went well enough, but when turned on the pump the next day, i discovered one of the pipes was cracked during installation and was spraying water all over the place. They came out the following day, determined the cause, and agreed to fix it "tomorrow". After that i never heard from them again. Repeated calls all went unanswered. I had used this company for several years, and no call/no shows were frequent when requesting sprinkler system maintenance. Only reliable service they perform is winterization. Nice enough people but I can't recommend.

They remind us every year that it's time to blow out our sprinklers. We call them and set a date. They remind you to turn the water off and they come on the date scheduled. Nobody has to be home and they leave the bill on your door. Extremely satisfied. Very convenient
