 + -1 moreCalled them to close an inground pool. First off they wanted to know if my husband was going to drain the pool below the skimmers. It has always been part of the service. Crew showed up without the proper equipment to blow out the pipes and left. The price quoted was also higher then we have paid in the past with another company. The scheduler did call back to make an appointment for another crew to come out but we declined.
Description of Work: Nothing they Showed up without the proper equipment.

 + -1 moreI WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DID A POOR JOB. THE CEMENT CRACKED AND THEY REFUSED TO COME OUT AND REPLACE IT. EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID WAS DONE WRONG. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RUDE TO ME.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT AN OUTDOOR POOL. THEY DID THE CEMENT AROUND THE POOL AND PUT IN ALL THE PARTS THAT ARE NEEDED TO RUN A POOL.
