The service was excellent.  He used very high grade materials and high grade cement to prevent further leaks from happening.  I was very satisfied with the work that he did, and he was very courteous throughout the whole job.  He showed up in a good quality van that was marked, and he was veyr up front and honest.  There was no shadiness to anything he was doing.  I would highly recommend him.

We  contacted Kim via email regarding the new vanity installation, and new plumbing.  She responded immediately and we set up an appointment for Bob to come out for an estimate.  When he came a few days later he looked over all the plumbing and at the new vanities that we bought. Bob explained everything to us in detail, and we decided to have him to the work for us.  We set up a day and time, and he came when promised, he worked on the old vanity removal, reworking the plumbing and when he found a minor issue, he showed it to my husband and fixed it for us. He worked for 5 hours on both bathrooms, running into a small issue in one bathroom that held him up a bit.  He put  in the new vanities, the granite tops, and the sinks and faucets. Bob did an amazing job, the bathrooms are gorgeous and all the work he did is exceptional.  

Bob and Kim are great to work with so down to earth and professional.  We feel very lucky to have found this company.
