Everything went well.  The sprinkler system has been great.  The landscaping looks beautiful.  Jim, the owner, is responsive and attentive to details.

Prompt starting with the bidding theu installation.  Very fair price and a great company to work with.  No suprises.  Jim the owner is more like a friend, always waveing when he drives by and occassionly stopping if you're in the yard.

Jim was responsive and on time and the sprinkler system is great. We were not as thrilled by the regrading. Our yard was dug up last fall for sewer work and the lawn needed to be fixed. There were high areas caused by leftover dirt from the sewer repair hole, that needed to be smoothed and lowered, so the grade away from the house would be correct. When Jim quoted the job he said he would use a small excavator to move the dirt. This is one of the reasons we hired him, because there was a lot that needed to be moved, and he said that it would provide a smooth grade. When the crew showed up there was no excavator, but a lot of workers. When the job was done it looked great but I could see the grade was still not right. I told him this and that I expected a better job that could be done with the machine. He made an excuse about the sewer line and the buried wires we have...and I pointed out those are all at least 3 ft below grade. He did pull up some of the sod and dig out some dirt, to improve the grading. But I don't think it was properly done (to do it right would have required a significant re-do of the job) and that he did not provide the job I expected based on the 1st discussion.

JAG Outdoor Service Inc. did very good. The owner actually came and helped do the layout. He was very professional. He knew what types of shrubs would be the easiest to maintain, because we needed real easy maintenance stuff. He has a good eye on how to lay things out. They got everything done in one day. I was really impressed. I'll be using them again soon.

He called me to set up the appointment to winterize the sprinkler and I appreciate that. I did not have to go and call the contractor to set it up for the winter time. I appreciate him contacting me first. He came out right away. He was there the next day. I appreciated him putting me on the list and making sure that I was taken care of for the winter time. The person who came was Jim and he was a very personable person. When you call him he either picks up your call or returns your call immediately. Once I had a problem with the sprinkler and he came out right away. He is very responsive.

My experiences with Jim have been very professional and he is very honest.
