home inspection
 + -1 moreat time of inspection led to belive minor issues and noted in report but a red flag should have appeared as he and the realtor seem very buddy
Description of Work: missed bad plumbing , venting and odor missed judge the roof - said about 5years yet leaked and had to be repleaced missed mold on floor missed leaky furnance had to be replaced

 + -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING. THEY DID NOT SEE THE MOLD THEY WERE LOOKING FOR. THEY MISSED A LOT OF OTHER THINGS THAT HAD TO BE FIXED. THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR CALLS UNTIL WE HAD MONEY TO PAY THE INSPECTOR.
Description of Work: THEY INSPECTED OUR HOME FOR MOLD.
