Called to inquire about lawn mower repair based on angie's list search. I was initially left on hold. Once the salesperson answered he was rude and said sharply and quot;we do not get into repairing lawn mowersand quot;. It's fine if you do not perform a service but you don't have to be rude about it. We will never attempt to do business with them again based on this first impression.

Easy drop off and pick up. Fast turn around

It went well. They managed to get the fix done within one week. They were friendly professional

Since it was the height of the season, I was expecting turn around time in the weeks. They estimated about one week and actually called me back after 5 days. Luckily, I didn't need the Sno Thrower while it was being serviced.

They really did a good job. They told me it might cost $250 and when they came back, it was only $130. I would give them a really high rating. I had originally bought the snow blower from them 5 years ago. They came and picked it up because it was too big for me to take in. They had it for 1 1/2 weeks. It runs great.
