They sanded the floor and finished it with a polyurethane finish. It wasn’t the whole floor in the family room but a section of the floor where there was carpet put in. They took the carpet out, put in new flooring and finished the flooring in the kitchen. It just looked great. They were absolutely amazing. It wasn’t cheap. I had used them 15 years before that too. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
