Delivery went well except the men didn't take off the cellophane wrap on the door, and interior  of the fridge.   It was a problem for me to removed it!   They were supposed to do that before they left.   I do not remember the exact date of delivery!

I have known them from 1993. They did a great job. Once, they scratched the dash, but they replaced it and didn’t charge me anything. They were very responsive and professional. We bought computers also from them and they have been good. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Overall it went well. The install took a great deal of time and tehre were some "extras" with a special harness adaptor (above & beyond the quoted one) and the install wasn't as "clean" as I would have liked - however BB isnt an audio specialty store, so you get what you pay for.

I had pre-wired the parts which I gave them to install, not feeling up to the task of tearing apart my dashboard to install the CD player head unit and speakers. While they were able to get everything connected, they took 2 more hours than they had expected, and didn't install everything that I had supplied them with. The high-pass capacitors, which I had soldered to the speaker leads, had been disconnected without informing me first. While their missing presence isn't a huge problem, I would've preferred things had been installed as I'd wanted, instead of assuming I wouldn't object. Nonetheless, they got my system hooked up for a very good price, and they didn't break anything like some other shops have in the past, and I got same-day service, so I can't fault them too much. They know what they're doing, even if sometimes they may assume too much.
