They double-charged me. When I declined that charge, they charged me again. It ended up costing me a lot of fees. The guy was late and rude. He tracked a lot of dirt onto my carpet. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. They did not even do a good job cleaning the ducts. When I called to complain, they offered to clean my carpets, but they never did.

Representative stated that cleaning the furnace would keep the entire system cleaner on the inside. The process of cleaning the furnace consisted of blowing dust off the exterior with compressed air. No effort made to capture the airborne dust, and entire house ended up dusty. I truly fail to see how this would affect the interior of the HVAC system, which is effectively closed except for the cold-air intake. Dryer vent cleaning service consisted of blowing air up the dryer vent with hand-piece of a small air compressor and seeing what fell down and out of it in response. Again, the value of this service is questionable. I would have thought that some effort would be mailed to seal both ends and flush the system out thoroughly, end-to-end. No noticeable decrease in laundry load dryer time.
