Exterior Concepts does a good job, but is not the lowest cost provider.

The overall service we received was lousy. First of all, the owner overcharged us, while providing bad-quality plants and service. He kept asking for money for any tiny modification we requested. Also, he was very rude and had a terrible personality and attitude, lacking every aspect of professionalism. Basically, he was cheating our money and had no concern about our benefit.
