The garage floor was finished the end of August. Right now it looks fine, but Daniel Palushaj, the owner, said he would mail my warranty. After 3 texts and calls, no warranty. I see here on Angi he does not have a warranty even though he said he did. Find another company if you are considering an epoxy floor.

Im 3 years into my 5 Year Warranty. I have called them on at least 6 occasions over the past year to fix the "flaking" epoxy material this company installed. Every call ends with one of "our technicians" will call you back. I haven't heard back from them thus far. Save your time and money and hire a company with "great" reviews and one that will actually "back" their warranty.

Hired epoxy professionals to do my garage floor . Didn’t show up on day that was scheduled. Told me they would be out next day around 12:00-1:00 . Showed up around 8:30 am with no call . (The employee was very nice) The video on their website shows them using a dust free grinding machine with a diamond abrasive wheel to prepare the floor. They used a angle grinder on hands and knees to prepare floor . Still had spots of old paint on the floor when they were done preparing. I picked the color smoked blue off their color chart . When it came time to mix the color for the epoxy they didn’t have a chart for the right mixture just keep adding different colors to try and match it. That wasn’t working. Employee called boss for mixture but he didn’t know either. After two try’s I just told him to put the third try down. The color didn’t cover my old floor you could see right through the epoxy to my old floor. Came back the second day to put another coat over first coat. Second coat ended up with a bunch of bubbles in it. Daniel came out third day to put the clearcoat on. Told me all the bubbles were from radon gas and he could fix them. He grind them all down which left pockets in the Epoxy. Put clear coat on. Stayed off floor per the time frame I was told . Within the first few weeks I had about 25 different areas that were scratched up through the clear coat . They came out to put more clear over the scratches. Told me I need to use hand cart to move things around to prevent any more scratches. Parking moped in garage kickstand scratches floor . Called and sent pictures few times only to get no call back . 5 year warranty I don’t think so . Save your money and the disappointment of a lousy job . Lesson learned!

Showed up on a Sunday in August of 2015, took about 5 hours to do the job. On Monday when I could actually walk on it and inspect, I noticed the epoxy was spread unevenly. I notified Daniel of the problem, and he said he would come back to inspect it. Never showed and never called. Called 3 more time, and nothing. In June of 2017, the floor began to chip away. Notified them once again, and no call again. I've placed over a dozen calls to the company, which has an answering service, and no call back. I would run away from this company!!

My garage floor was in really bad shape with huge cracks. They were recommended by neighbors and did a great job! They worked around our schedule and were on time and efficient. Good communication.

I am very happy with this contractor. When I first contacted Daniel regarding the job, he spent 20 minutes on the phone describing his step in the process of installing epoxy floor coating in detail and answered all my questions. We scheduled the installation day approximately 10 days later. On installation day, two workers showed up with a large commercial truck with all their equipment and supplies. During this first day of installation, they ground and vacuumed the concrete floor of the garage using their own generator for the 220v electrical power needed. After initial grinding, they filled cracks and pits with filler. ( I didn't have excessive cracks or pitting). After grinding the filler smooth, they mixed and applied the color of base epoxy I choose and applied the colored flakes to the epoxy I choose First day took less than 3 hours. On 2nd day, Daniel came and applied the urethane clear coat over the epoxy and applied glass beads to the urethane to prevent slip. Overall, I am pleased with the installation and price and the floor looks great. I was able to walk on it the 2nd day and am waiting 5 days to drive on it.

The floor was not prepared properly resulting in bubbles, streaks and rough spots. The top coat was slippery and spotty. When I contacted him to come repair he was belligerent, saying that everything was done correctly. Our fan was also broken during the process and the entire experience was unprofessional and ridiculous, with the worker acting unprofessionally and even using vulgar language. This company never showed to fix the poor work and will not answer calls or a better business bureau complaint. I had to go with another company to redo the floor, which now looks great and was a lower cost than this company.

It turned out pretty bad when they said it would be smooth when finished.  You can see all the pits in the floor and got glue on the cement.

We chose them from Angie's List because they had good ratings.  But we were very disappointed with them.  They were lot of bubbles that hardened up.  I don’t think they prepared the floor correctly before putting the epoxy down.  They came back and said that they would fix it when we called them regarding the bubbles.  They just put down some additional epoxy of a much darker color on the bubbles and graining down the bubbles.  It is now just dark brown spots with unground bubbles all over the floor.  We have called many times to have them fix that.  They always ask us to call them back in a week or couple of weeks and then they would replace the floor.  That went on for months.  We finally just gave up on them.  The price was average.

Two man team arrived on-time and begin working immediately to grind and sand the existing concrete surface.  Our three car garage took them about 2.5 -3 hours to complete the preparation process.  A high volume vacuum kept the concrete dust very much contained.  Epoxy application took about 1.5 to 2 hours.  Entire process took about five hours.  We walked on it later that night and with cars about five days later as per their recommendation.  Looks great. We are very happy!
Lessons learned and suggestions to others:
>Ask to make sure the bad concreate areas are given special attention
>This kind of work is all about preparation of the concrete so make sure the best surface is achived to take on the epoxy. This is very important before you begin spreading the epoxy.
For the price you really can't go wrong.  The two workers should have some better cloths to wear but it is a messy job though.  They were friendly and kept us informed as to the status of their work.
Be prepared to have them ask for access to get 220v for their grinding/sanding machine that might require them to get into your electrical panel at the home/office.
Epoxy Professionals needs to provide a some sort of written document that shows the warranty on the materials used, maybe not so much on their work.  A manufacturers warranty was not provided but needs to be and in writing so to ease the concerns of future customers.
Otherwise , looks great and at a great price. The neighbors are in awe of the looks and the price.
