My bathroom is 5 x 8. They put in a dropped ceiling; it is not level and crooked. The paint is seeping through because they rushed the job. I have to purchase more paint to complete the work. The caulk job was horrible. There is gap in the molding (air bubbles in the drywall that they painted over). The first week that the bathroom was finally done- the tub faucet came lose. The towel bar fell off the door. The floor does not appear to be level. They took out a chimney. They also did the gutters. The plaster is bubbling from leaking. Dean, the owner, does not answer any calls. When they put the threshold in the bathroom- he didn?t buy a big enough piece and you can see the floor where the carpet doesn?t butt up against the tile. They came back and put in a 2 inch gold transition strip. They also used low-grade everything (from the light fixture to the faucet). It was overall a horrible experience.

Buyer Beware!  Roofer is friendly, but doesn’t care about the consumer, only cares about making a profit, and lacks critical professional knowledge.   Devonce Construction replaced our roof and didn’t replace our sky lights that were 20+ years old!  We even specifically asked him to and he informed us there wasn’t a need to replace them.  Needless to say, two of the skylights leaked and now it will cost us $5000+ to make repairs.  Every professional roofer we contacted stated it is standard protocol to replace sky lights when you replace a roof –especially when they are 20 years old!  Even the trade association, who represents roofers, said this company was negligent and was shocked that they didn’t replace the sky lights.  Some may say we should have demanded they should have been replaced, but we trusted Devonce, thinking they were the “experts”.  We learned the hard way, Devonce only cares about making money and not what is right.  Since it was an insurance claim, the less they spent the more they profited.  Our bigger concern, if he cut corners this obvious to make money, what did he do that we can’t see??  I strongly recommend thinking twice before going with this company.
