The service didn't work out good at all. The owner showed up and he was very nice but I didn't get a report. I got verbal feedback not written feedback. The guy was very knowledgeable but forgot to follow through.

I have written 2 reviews online and one of your customer service staff called and had to give another review while I was at work, was on the phone with him for over 30 minutes with 100 questions on the review and you still send me reminders to give a review. Something needs to get fixed on your end with these obnoxious reminders

They seemed okay. They came out when I called, but they didn’t want to do anything while they were out.

I could not get in touch with the service provider and had to request a refund...

We scheduled an appointment and they did not show up. I got a hold of them a few weeks later and they said they would get somebody out. They never came and I am going to get a refund for the deal.

It turned out well. They were nice to work with. They were courteous, timely and professional. I don’t have any negatives. I contacted them through Angie’s List. It was a big deal purchase. They didn’t charge anything extra for the inspection. Overall it was excellent. They were little expensive on pricing. Quality was excellent.

The consultation went well; the workers were punctual and the quality of work was good but the clean up was horrible. The new concrete was not level and there were large pieces of broken concrete laying around the basement even under my washing machine and dryer.

After buying the angies deals, we contacted the service provider. They mentioned that they did these kind of inspections as part of them providing a estimate for free (without any cost). Thus, there is no use for this deal.

I decided to go with a less expensive alternative.

They came out for an estimate, I booked the service, then they never showed up or called to reschedule. Later I found out they tried to oversell me significantly.

I contacted Basement Systems of Michigan and explained that we had a leak somewhere in our basement. They said we should call an infrared company to detect the leak. They told me that they aren't the right company to fix cracks or rod hole rot. The company they referred was very helpful and we appreciate that they were honest in telling us that they wouldn't be able to help us.

I was very disappointed with the service provided. The technitian didn't inspect anything as i have a partial finished basement. He wasn't willing to inspect even the non-finished part of the basement. All he told me that he need to tear apart the bathroom and walls to inspect anything. My question is why did he even bothered to come out to inspect if he can't do anything with the finished basement. I think i should get a refund for this service.

Initally contacted the company 2 months ago for an estimate and spoke with a person. They made a recommendation on getting a thermal imaging evaluation since I have a finished basement and wasn't sure exactly were the leak was. After taking their recommendation, was able to isolate where the leak was without tearing down a lot of walls. Reached out to the company 4 times over 10 days and left messages. I was trying to get them to do two basements for me and said as much in my messages. Not one returned call. Since the weather is changing, I can no longer wait for them. If this is how I ran my business, I wouldn't have one. Very dissapointing that Angie's list shows them with high ranking, but they are not responsive. I would not choose them until they get thier act together. All I asked for was a call back - they already had the job, just needed to call. I understand that companies can get busy, but not even returning a clall is unacceptable. I will be selecting someone else to do the work and I won't be recommending them to anyone else I know.

I purchased a Big Deal for a radon test. Everything was fine.

The last we spoke with the appraiser, he said he would check with his boss as to the price and get back with us. Nothing?!

He told us we did not have a foundation leak problem, then made suggestions about what was actually needed. How wonderful not to be cheated since I know nothing about cement.

They were extremely to get in touch with. They canceled their first appointment and didn't show up to the second appointment. When I do call its always a machine and they never contact me back.

The Service Provider's initial visit was interrupted since we could not get into the rental home, but he provided an estimate without viewing the problem, which was not acceptable to me. On the second visit, the price had not changed, which almost totaled $6,000. Based on this estimate, I have decided to get three additional estimates to make certain that the problem was fairly assessed.

Awful. They are a totally unprofessional organization. The fan on our Radon System stopped working. We chose this group because of their mostly positive Angie's List reviews. Maybe something has changed, but it did not seem that they wanted our business. It took several weeks to get a quote. When this finally happened, we immediately responded with a signed agreement and tried scheduling the appointment. We sent several follow-up notes and phone calls. Maybe the business doesn't exist anymore or they chose not to do small projects, but a professional person would return the call. We're glad we've gone elsewhere.

Purchased through Angie's List Big Deal. Was contacted the next day by provider. Appointment was set for 2 weeks later. We waited and no one showed up - we called the provider and was told that there was a death in the family of the Technician. Another appointment was set - same story repeated - no one showed during the appointment window given to us, we called the provider after the appointment time had passed and were told that Technician's car had broken down and that the appointment would be rescheduled for a later date. We called again after a few days and left a message, but our call was never returned. Contacted Angie's list for a refund. Disappointed with the (non) service received from provider and lack of professionalism.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine, they did the inspection. The guy who came out was friendly enough and seemed competent. All he did was look around and point out things that could possibly be improved and tell us what parts we did not have to worry about. I can't compare it to any other inspection so it was fine.

The kit came in quick and was easy to use. Test results did not come in automatically and I had to call in to get the report, although that was rather easy and quick.
