I love Vonyage but the only problem I have with them is you can't hook up a fax machine. They are very reasonable- I can call any where in the United States and I do not have any time limits.

Vonage is who I would recommend for land line service. I have not had any problems with them. Their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use them.

The only reason I use Vonage is because they are cheaper than everyone else. Their service goes out all the time. Sometimes you have to reset everything. For the last year I haven’t had any troubles. Now I know how to reset it so I don’t have to call them.

They claim that fax works with their system but it does not. They misbilled me routinely. The service was poor. I spent nearly 200 hours trying to resolve the issues with their service. They have frozen my phone numbers in their account. They had promised a free month of service and I never received it. I was using the phone service for business, and because of their faulty service I was essentially out of business for weeks. I had about 7 phone numbers with them.
