Showcase Renovations

Brian Palmer (the owner) gave me an estimate on the deck alone that was $1500 cheaper than the next closest contractor and all of the other contractors shyed away from the other 2 reapirs that i needed done. Brian and his helper showed up on-time and started right away. The worked a couple of long days and had to deal with a very rainy week installing a raised deck. Brian did an excellent job on the deck using beefier lumber and making sure this deck would last me a very long time. He even went out of his way to figure out how to incorporate the steel stairs that we had and wanted to re-use,  and attach the wooden railing system.
He was not intimidated at all by the other repairs that we needed him to make and did an outstanding job on them.
I would also like to mention that he even went up on the roof and cleaned the eave troughs that were severely overflowing because of the heavy rains that we received. I believe that he did an excellent job and i would not hesitate to call him again in the future.
