Shepard Painting

She came in and prepared the surfaces of the walls, by washing them where there was dirt, or food. If there were things that wouldn't wash off, she primed them explaining that within 6 months they would show through the paint. She painted the ceilings, and then went to the walls. I walked in later and saw her painting the top of the baseboards. When asked why she said it would blend the paint  from old to new. Weeks after I can't tell old from new. It all looks new. She wrapped up all her things, rinsed things out and I paid her and she left. She said call her anytime. I will, I love how my place looks. When I asked if she sparays paint in the beginning she laughed and said no. I found some painters use them and that's ok...but when they use them in these small spaces they tend to drip a lot, and go unfixed. She said that after t he paint goes on top of the primer, it looks like multiple drip lines on the wall under the paint. It looks terrible. Since then I was able to see this for myself.
