On our phone conversation I explained , I bought this used car and wanted him to check the car over and make sure it is ready for winter. His garage was VERY clean and warm. But what impressed me the most was ,after he looked my car over, he took me in the garage and showed me everything that needed fixing. Never before had I ever had this option before. He is very kind and explaining things well. He has an excellent business/customer relationship. Very trustworthy.confident.
