This is one of the emails I sent. Hello, I am extremely upset as I paid for my washer to be taken care of last Monday. I paid up front and the part came in broke Friday. I called to reschedule my appointment and they said the part would be ordered and I would be contacted. Saturday came and I never was contacted. I reached out and found out that the part was not re ordered. They said they took care of it and as of today, there is still no part ordered. I would like to go with another company. I’d like to know how much of my money I can get back. This is ridiculous and I can’t keep waiting around for this part and have the run around. Please contact me as soon as possible. I maybe received two brief emails. No one has bothered reaching out to me via phone. It was 460 up front. I really feel like they stole my money. They gave me the run around trying to get to billing. It’s just awful. It was our first time. 100% don’t recommend. Hopefully they will be professional and get it done.

The most of the appliances that I have are that I purchased from the local Sears at Alpena. I would give them an 'A' all the way through. The buying of the product, the delivery, getting them in and coming out and checking them when I have got them in the house; for everything they have an 'A' coming.

We were in and out of the store within a half an hour. Saleman was prompt to greet us, offered us discounts, professional and knowledgeable.

All the service people were polite, careful and cleaned up before they left. The overall experience was excellent.
