+ -1 moreThey had some amazing customer service.For toaster ovens, we were really picky about what we needed in a toaster oven.We preferred to shop locally but none of them had what we were looking for so I found one online.I can't remember where I ordered it from.When it came its standard, it comes with one of the grates but it holds the potential for another. I called customer service to see if I can order another one and they sent me one for free of charge and it was absolutely no hassle. They were friendly.That was the best customer service that I ever got.
