Rockford was very responsive in providing an initial rough quote range based on dimensions, getting a team out to our house, measure the chimney on the roof, and then giving us a final quote (ended up being on low end). They gave us an estimate for material arrival and installation. There was some miscommunication between the sales / delivery team and the installation team, as the material arrived and sat at their office until someone noticed / we followed up. The cap was installed and we have not had any issues yet. They were very flexible in payment terms - we charged the 50% at project start on a credit card, but they let us pay by check the other 50% after the work was done and they provided an invoice. Overall, a very good experience working with Rockford.
