Description of Work: I was looking for a painter/handyman.. This provider looked at the job after rescheduling the appointment several times. He finally looked at the work to be performed, but couldn't give me a written estimate. He didn't have a computer or fax machine. He gave me a verbal that was several dollars higher then all the other contractors. He was very rude to my wife when she informed him that we had a better quote.

He is very particular and did a great job. He has laid two rooms of flooring for us in the past, one being about a mo. ago.
Description of Work: Took down wallboard. installed drywall. Plastered, installed new toilet. Hung large medicine cabinet and light fixtures.
