When they replaced the patio door, they realized the door frame was rotting, they replaced the wood. I wasn't sure what to do with windows that were bought, so they helped me decide how to put them in the house. I didn't have a dishwasher so they had to build a cabinet and build it in. They are very precise and caring when they do work in my home. I have been using them for 10 yrs now
