Lawrence called back quickly and was able to come over within the week. Lawrence arrived on time and worked for a solid 4 hours. He sanded and finished the wood trim around all the sinks that had some water damage. He removed the old caulk and put a beautiful line of new caulk all the way around the base of our large walk-in shower and even used a textured caulk that matched the texture and color of the existing tile. He fixed some cracks in the grout and blended it perfectly with the existing grout.
Lawrence was friendly and easy to work with. He was able to spot some other issues that need addressing and was proactive about fixing things that were in the area of the current project that needed done.
