George was excellent. I asked for a full range of services in order to know as much as possible about a home I was buying that was over 100 years old and would need some minor updating that needed budgeting. He went through the house with a fine tooth comb – spending 3+ hours to do so. It was just the level of detail I was looking for. I've been in the home now for over a month and not one thing has appeared that George didn't catch and warn me about. In fact, he even helped me list the issues by priority and sure enough, the first issue that come up needing fixing was exactly what he said would be top priority. He also threw out ballpark numbers for what the fixes might cost. So far those were all very accurate as well. Additionally, he had some guesses as to what the home's past looked like, some of which were confirmed by the seller. George is like a magician with a crystal ball – he can see right through your house!

I would recommend George in a heartbeat. When I arrived at the home we were purchasing I was a few minutes early and he was already up on the roof and had talked to the current owners and introduced himself. He took his time to check things I would have never thought to. He had me follow him around and he explained what he was doing and why. He went as far as to label all the water and gas valves in the basement. I was very impressed during the inspection, THEN less that 24 hours I received his report. It was beyond thorough. He had pictures of any and every potential problems he then rated the severity and recommended when they should or would need to be addressed.

George was very professional and thorough. He arrived early so by the time we arrived, he had already done an initial exterior examination. He was happy to show any items he reviewed, good or bad. Answered any questions and explained how to conduct some of the simple repairs. We had a comprehensive report, including photographs, later that day.

George was very nice and came recommended by our realtor. He arrived early to look around the outside of the house and the roof. He was quite thorough and took the time to answer all our questions. He tested all the appliances and spent a lot of time showing us things about the foundation and the basement, which was reassuring to us since we were first-time home buyers. He also helped us deal with a grading problem in our negotiations with the seller by making sure we knew what work was required to fix the problem.
He was also quite gracious to us the following summer when we needed to get our roof repaired. He recommended a few companies for us to meet with and also advised us about insurance fraud occurring in the area. He helped us prevent a potential mistake by answering our questions and making sure we didn't agree to anything we didn't have to. We liked dealing with him and think he is honest.
