Landline Phone Service, Internet Service
They are a terrible company. Professionalism is missing. I'm tied in for two years. As soon as my two years is up, they're history. They could have people here in the country that answer your problems, people that speak the language and know the language. Occasionally you can get an America based in Texas. Then you've got your problems settled. You take all the wires out and take all the wires back in and go out and buy a new one and it's hours and hours. It's the internet that gives me the most trouble. The phone is bearable. It takes a long time to get on the thing.
